Recipe Q&A

What type of tortillas work best for these wraps?

Large spinach or regular flour tortillas hold the filling well and crisp nicely in the air fryer.

Can I substitute the cream cheese spread for a dairy-free option?

Yes, you can replace cream cheese with hummus or a vegan spread to suit dairy-free preferences.

How do I keep the wraps from unrolling during cooking?

Rolling them tightly and securing with pretzel sticks helps maintain the tree shape while air frying.

What veggies can I use aside from those listed?

Cucumber, purple cabbage, zucchini, or any colorful, crisp veggies work well and add variety.

How long should the wraps be air fried for the best texture?

Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 6 to 8 minutes until wraps are crisp and lightly golden.

Can I prepare these in advance?

You can assemble the wraps ahead but air fry just before serving to maintain crispness.
