# Instructions:

03 - In a separate bowl, beat eggs thoroughly. Add whole milk and melted butter, whisking until fully combined.
04 - Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to preserve tenderness.
05 - Fold in corn, diced red bell pepper, chopped onion, sliced green onions, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the batter.
06 - Spread batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese across the surface.
