# Pro Tips:

01 -
  • It takes half an hour from start to finish, which means you can have dinner on the table before anyone gets too hungry.
  • The contrast between warm flatbread and cool Caesar salad makes every bite interesting.
  • You can prep the chicken ahead and assemble these in minutes when company shows up.
02 -
  • Let the flatbreads cool for a minute before adding the lettuce or it will wilt into a sad, soggy mess.
  • Slice the chicken thin and against the grain so it's tender and easy to bite through on the flatbread.
  • Don't overdress the lettuce, save some Caesar dressing to drizzle on top for extra flavor and visual appeal.
03 -
  • Use a grill pan indoors if you don't want to fire up the outdoor grill, it gives you those nice charred lines without the fuss.
  • Grate your own parmesan instead of using pre-grated, it melts better and tastes sharper and more alive.
  • If your flatbreads are thin, watch them closely in the oven because they can go from golden to burnt in under a minute.
