Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Pops (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ripe bananas

02 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

→ Chocolate Coating

03 - 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
04 - 2 tablespoons coconut oil

05 - 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
06 - 1/4 cup sprinkles
07 - 1/4 cup shredded coconut

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Peel the bananas and cut each in half crosswise. Insert a popsicle stick or wooden skewer into the cut end of each banana half.
03 - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of peanut butter evenly over each banana half. Place the coated bananas on the prepared baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
04 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each interval, until completely melted and smooth.
05 - Remove the frozen bananas from the freezer. Dip each peanut butter-coated banana into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to assist in coating the entire surface as needed. Immediately sprinkle with your desired toppings.
06 - Return the dipped bananas to the baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 more hour, or until the chocolate coating is firm and set.
07 - Serve the frozen treats immediately.
