# Instructions:
01 - Cook instant ramen noodles in boiling water following package instructions. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
02 - Melt unsalted butter in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, approximately 1 minute.
03 - Incorporate gochujang, gochugaru if desired, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir and cook for 1 minute to integrate flavors.
04 - Pour in heavy cream and water, whisking to fully combine. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer.
05 - Mix in sweet corn kernels and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
06 - Reduce heat to low, add cooked noodles to the skillet, and toss until noodles are evenly coated and creamy.
07 - Stir in sliced green onions, distributing them evenly.
