16 - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
17 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
18 - Juice of 1 lime

# Instructions:
01 - Place chicken strips in buttermilk and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
02 - In a shallow bowl, mix flour, panko breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Dredge marinated chicken strips in the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating evenly.
04 - Heat vegetable oil to cover 1/2 inch of the skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken strips in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
05 - Combine corn kernels, mayonnaise, sour cream, cotija cheese, jalapeño, cilantro, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
06 - Heat tortillas on a skillet or directly over flame until pliable and warm.
07 - Place crispy chicken strips on each tortilla, top generously with street corn mixture, garnish with extra cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
