04 - 1/2 cup grated mature cheddar cheese

06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

10 - 12 egg roll wrappers
11 - 1 large egg, beaten (for sealing)

12 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying
# Instructions:
01 - Combine shredded chicken, diced ham, cream cheese, cheddar, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until homogenous.
02 - Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of filling into the center. Fold bottom corner over filling, fold sides inward, then roll tightly. Seal the top corner with beaten egg. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
03 - Preheat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (180°C).
04 - Deep fry egg rolls in batches for 3 to 4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
05 - Serve hot, optionally accompanied by a creamy dipping sauce or ketchup.
