# Pro Tips:

01 -
  • Ready in just 10 minutes of active prep time—no baking or cooking needed
  • Uses only three simple ingredients you likely already have on hand
  • Naturally gluten-free and vegetarian, with easy vegan modifications
  • Packed with protein from Greek yogurt and antioxidants from fresh berries
  • Endlessly customizable with your favorite fruits, nuts, or toppings
  • Perfect for meal prep—stores in the freezer for up to 2 weeks
02 -
  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture and richest flavor
  • Let the bark sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before breaking to prevent shattering
  • Cut the bark with a sharp knife instead of breaking it if you prefer uniform pieces
  • Store pieces separated by parchment paper to prevent them from sticking together
  • Make a double batch—this bark disappears quickly and stores beautifully in the freezer
  • Check yogurt labels if serving to those with nut allergies, as some brands process in facilities with nuts
