Mango Blended Overnight Oats (Print)

Creamy oats blended with ripe mango, yogurt, and crunchy granola topping for a refreshing treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Oats Base

01 - 1 cup rolled oats
02 - 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
05 - 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Mango Puree

07 - 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)

→ Toppings

08 - 1/2 cup granola
09 - Fresh mango slices (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds if using, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Add the diced mango to the blender and blend again until fully incorporated and smooth.
03 - Divide the blended mixture evenly into two jars or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least six hours to allow oats to soften and flavors to develop.
04 - Stir the chilled oats before serving. Top each portion with granola and optional fresh mango slices. Serve chilled.

# Pro Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like a mango smoothie bowl, but you literally do nothing in the morning except grab it from the fridge.
  • The blended base gets impossibly creamy overnight, transforming simple oats into something that feels luxurious.
  • You can make two servings at once and have breakfast sorted for two days.
02 -
  • An unripe mango will wreck the whole thing—the flavor will be mealy and disappointing, so always buy your mango a day or two early and let it sit on the counter until it smells sweet and tropical.
  • If your mixture looks too thick in the morning, add a splash more milk and stir; overnight oats are forgiving that way, but it's always better to start on the thicker side because you can loosen it up easily.
03 -
  • Freeze extra mango in cubes during peak season, and you'll have that tropical flavor available year-round even when mangoes are expensive or not great quality.
  • If your blender isn't very powerful, blend the oats alone first until they're finely ground, then add the other ingredients—it prevents the yogurt from getting stuck on the bottom while the oats are still chunky.
