# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and either line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease each cup thoroughly.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, melted butter, bourbon, and vanilla until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
04 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and gently fold until just combined. Refrain from overmixing to maintain muffin tenderness.
05 - Fold 3/4 cup crushed mini salted pretzels and optional chocolate chips into the batter.
