04 - 2 tablespoons bourbon

06 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
07 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10 - Pinch of salt

11 - 1 cup rolled oats
12 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
13 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
14 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
15 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
16 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
17 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
# Instructions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, mix peaches, apples, maple syrup, bourbon, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until combined. Spread evenly in prepared dish.
03 - In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the cold butter cubes and use fingers or a pastry cutter to blend until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts if desired.
04 - Evenly sprinkle crisp topping over the fruit filling. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until topping is golden and fruit is bubbly.
