06 - 5 large flour tortillas
07 - 2 cups tortilla chips (preferably round or triangles)
08 - 2 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese

09 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
10 - 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
11 - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
12 - 1 avocado, sliced
13 - Salsa or hot sauce, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix shredded chicken, black beans, thawed corn, taco seasoning, and sour cream.
03 - Arrange the flour tortillas on the bottom of the baking dish, trimming to fit as needed.
04 - Spread half of the chicken mixture evenly over the layered tortillas.
05 - Top the chicken mixture with 1 cup tortilla chips followed by 1 cup shredded cheese.
06 - Create a second layer by repeating with remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, tortilla chips, and finish with remaining shredded cheese.
07 - Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese bubbles and the top begins to crisp.
08 - Allow bake to cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro, avocado slices, and serve with salsa or hot sauce.
