# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee

→ Tahini Blend

02 - 3 tablespoons well-stirred tahini
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt

→ Milk & Ice

06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a mixing bowl or pitcher until smooth and uniformly combined.
02 - Add ice cubes to two tall glasses, distributing evenly.
03 - Divide the cold brew coffee equally between both glasses over the ice.
04 - Add the prepared tahini blend to each glass, then stir thoroughly until fully integrated with the coffee.
05 - Pour plant-based milk into each glass and gently stir to achieve a creamy texture.
