11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onion and garlic in a small amount of oil until softened, approximately 3 minutes.
03 - Add the frozen mixed vegetables; cook for 2–3 minutes until just thawed.
04 - Transfer cooked turkey, sautéed vegetables, gravy, sour cream, thyme, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Blend until evenly incorporated.
05 - Arrange half the stuffing evenly across the prepared baking dish base.
06 - Spoon the turkey mixture over the stuffing layer.
07 - Distribute half the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top of the turkey mixture.
08 - Cover with the remaining stuffing and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.
09 - Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 15 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and cheese is golden.
10 - Allow casserole to rest for 5 minutes after baking. Serve with additional warm gravy as desired.
