# Instructions:
01 - In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
02 - Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
03 - Gradually add the all-purpose flour and fine salt, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
04 - Shape the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
05 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
06 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to approximately 1/4 inch thickness.
07 - Using snowflake-shaped cookie cutters, cut out cookies and arrange them on the prepared baking sheets.
