Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease four 8-oz ramekins.

- In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In another bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, milk, melted butter, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine:
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill Ramekins:
- Divide oat mixture among ramekins. Top with banana slices and nuts if desired.
- Bake:
- Bake 22–25 minutes until golden and set.
- Serve:
- Let cool slightly. Drizzle with extra honey if desired.
