# Instructions:

02 - Add diced onions to the reserved bacon fat in the skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until onions turn golden brown and caramelize, approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
03 - In a medium mixing bowl, stir together caramelized onions, crisp bacon, and sour cream until fully incorporated.
04 - Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors before serving alongside chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
