11 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
12 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Optional

13 - Maple syrup, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with butter or nonstick spray.

03 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until thoroughly blended.
04 - Pour the custard mixture evenly over the bread cubes, filling each cup just below the rim. Gently press the bread cubes to absorb the custard.
05 - Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Drizzle or brush the mixture over each portion.
06 - Allow to stand for 10 minutes, enabling the bread to soak up the custard fully.
