04 - Sprinkle in cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, optional cayenne, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly to coat vegetables evenly with spices.
05 - Pour in diced tomatoes with their juices, drained chickpeas, and vegetable broth. Stir to combine.
