# Instructions:
01 - Arrange flour tortillas flat on a clean cutting board.
02 - Evenly spread 1 ounce (about 2 tablespoons) of softened cream cheese onto each tortilla using a spreading knife.
03 - Position a slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh dill and finely diced red onion over the cheese, then drizzle yellow mustard.
