# Ingredients:

→ Probiotic Base

01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or 2 tablespoons ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

→ Flavoring

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - In a clean glass jar, dissolve the organic cane sugar into filtered water. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug and pour in fresh lemon juice. Stir gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter secured by a rubber band. Allow to ferment at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24–48 hours until lightly carbonated and tangy.
03 - Remove the kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Discard or reserve for future batches.
04 - Combine the fermented probiotic soda with fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves in a pitcher. Stir gently to integrate flavors.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mocktail over the ice, garnish with a slice of orange and additional mint leaves as desired.
06 - Serve immediately to preserve optimal fizz and freshness.
