06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
07 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
08 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar

10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
11 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine cashews, pecans, and almonds.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, maple syrup or honey, brown sugar, sea salt, cinnamon, and optional cayenne pepper.
04 - Pour the sweet and salty mixture over the nuts and toss until evenly coated.
05 - Spread the coated nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
06 - Remove nuts from oven and immediately add pretzels and dried cranberries. Toss gently to combine.
07 - Allow the mixture to cool completely on the baking sheet; the coating will harden as it cools.
08 - Once cooled, transfer the nut mix to a serving bowl or an airtight container.
